Some put up the niceness just to get their work done...n when it is done all the niceness disappear...they disappear.

Welcome Scribbles! Aye, for some its all a sham. i would like to think that their sham-niceness is easily detectable. but we all get taken in once or twice...

Being Nice is not "Hip" enough for this generation I guess...its more of a weakness than something that people look to appreciate! So most of them end up between your 2 kinds :)

I have been accepted into the Kellogg School of Management (1 year program) as well as the Harvard Business School for my MBA. I dont know which one to go to. It's an agonizing decision. Which one, dear reader? Which one?  Some very mature ways of decision making I have resorted to - - if I see two mynahs , it;s a sign I have to go to Kellogg.
